Career coaching for students
Student and graduate support
School leavers and Graduates have a particular challenge in gaining good quality employment. A common response to their efforts is that they don’t have the experience to secure the role or career they are aiming for.
Our career coaching approach for students (whether School leavers, College graduates or University graduates) is to identify your strengths. Career coaches can do this by gaining an understanding of what your personal attributes are and exploring any relevant experience that could help you gain that all important interview. Our talent is in helping you to promote your talents.
In the first instance, we ensure that your CV is the best it can be – after all, you are a product and the CV is your main marketing tool. Once you understand what the strengths of ‘your product’ are it is easier for a prospective employer to ‘buy the product’.
You may have very firm ideas about what you would like to do for a job, particularly if you have spent a further period of time studying at University. However, with less graduate jobs to go around and an ever increasing number of graduates, the challenge is to gain employment in the industry of interest.
